Wake up, clean up, and then study God’s word first and then pray, for spiritual nutrition and guidance, and then I eat a healthy breakfast of salmon salad consisting of cooked salmon chopped up and mixed with vegan mayo and a little sweet relish with lettuce on the side, cut into thick squares that I use to spoon the salmon salad on, it’s delicious and healthy.
Always fry the salmon filet on a medium to low heat on the side with skin first, and remove it and eat it because it can make the salmon salad taste a little fishy. Once you fry the salmon filet on the skin side remove the skin and eat it because it’s full of Omega 3 fats that are beneficial. The skin comes off relatively easy by using a fork to slide under the skin and remove it.
I allowed myself to almost balloon up to the size of a beached walrus and it showed in my drivers license photo, fat face double chin and all. But I don’t look like my drivers license photo, who does? But that’s all changing I’m back on my stuff but only in a godly context.
