Joe Biden appears to talk down to docile, submissive, black leaders while at the same time offering not even ten percent of the economic help that President Donald Trump offered the black community.
He also seems to suggest that his words are sufficient and should be considered substantive action in relation to what needs to be done to assist the black community.
He appears to be saying in so many words “because I said it that should be enough”. Has the black community as a result of being led by docile, submissive, culpable, conspiring, black leaders once again been duped?
