Kanye Wests Sunday service has been getting a lot of press lately. From my understanding, he’s held it in different states with different responses and varying amounts of interests. Some crowds are big and overflowing. And some crowds a little less impressive. But one thing appears to be certain, many flock to his services. But for what reason?
Are they actually coming to receive sound doctrine and instruction on how to serve God in a way God commands? Or are they flocking to see the wealthy celebrity and idol ” Kanye West?” Is he actually leading the masses to God, or is he leading them to Kanye West?
And is this a sincere effort at converting the masses to true Christianity, or a carefully orchestrated ploy to rebuild his image because of the unjustified negative press he recently received from supporting Donald Trump? Excluding some very offensive and controversial statements he made.
Is this actually a ploy devised to covertly rebuild his fan base in hopes of increasing record sales that have actually taken a hit from all the recent bad press? Or is he reinventing himself as a minister to diversify his income and to supplement his plummeting rap income?. I honestly can’t see how this can be viewed as an effort to bring people to Christ when nothing pertaining to God’s doctrinal and behavioral requirements are actually being taught at these services.
In fact, I’m convinced, the opposite is being taught. But instead encouraging the practicing, promoting and support, of behavior that’s offensive and contrary to behavior God delights in. And calling it love. Did anyone tell or teach him that Sunday is not God’s sabbath?
Did anyone teach him that God and Christ reject you if you reject their doctrine which is based on the keeping of the commandments and the word of God as a whole? God even goes as far as emphasizing whoever stops his or her ear from the hearing of his commandments even their prayers shall be evil. Proverbs 28:9,Mark 7:7-9, Romans 16:17-18,2 John 9-11. If we’re being honest here, in reality, this is obviously a promotion of Kanye West and the rap culture.

And that’s what the throngs are coming for.Pretty much a free rap and musical concert. Nothing pertaining to God and what he demands and requires from his servants is being taught at these gatherings.
Praise is good but only if it’s in conjunction with God’s instruction for proper behavior. God is interested in obedience to his commandments and his word. If you don’t get that part right the praise means nothing to God. Because he knows it’s not genuine and your heart is far from him.Isaiah 29:13, Matthew 15:8-9,Mark 7:7-9,Luke 6:46.

Praise sessions without obedience to God’s requirements being taught, mean nothing to God. And it amounts to a mirror image of what most of these other churches teach. False doctrine, heavy on the praise and singing.
With teachings about obedience to God’s commandments and his word being virtually non-existent. In God’s eyes, it amounts to empty words from a bunch of hypocrites who desire to be seen and viewed as righteous and holy in the eyes of men. But without an ounce of obedience to God, his commandments, and his word.
In reality, when the praise sessions are over, 99% will probably be back to lying, stealing, bearing false witness against their neighbors, sleeping with their neighbor’s wives, committing fornication, etc, in some form. And truthfully it’s offensive to God.
And those who truly desire to serve and follow God aren’t in the business of worshipping and glorifying men and women and their carnal, destructive, corrupting activities, and behavior. We don’t praise men to the point of worshipping,adoring,and adulating them. We worship, adulate, praise, obey and follow(emphasis on obey and follow) the great God. Who is the source of all love,wisdom,knowledge and truth. And who is only worthy of such praise and adoration.
To be honest this amounts to a massive display of leading the ignorant astray.99.99% of them don’t know the Bible which therefore makes them candidates for deception regarding the Bible. When in reality if it was of God, and centered around educating people about God. Bible teaching in relation to teaching sound doctrine and the truth contained in the Bible as a whole would be the focus.
The Bible also says false prophets are thronged and praised in this fashion… Luke 6:22-26. Normally because they tell the people what they want to hear and condone their sinful behavior.When you begin to point out the evil behavior that’s normally when the disinterest comes in to play. And the crowds thin out quite a bit.

So instead, according to scripture, the rebellious develop itching ears and look for false teachers to teach them false doctrine and tell them what they want to hear. And because of it they are led from the truth and are led to fables or lies…2 Timothy 4:3-4.
Serving God is about lifetime commitment and sacrifice. It’s about giving up the things you lust for and desire and that is contrary to God and his requirements and in most cases self destructive. And instead following God’s way of life.
That way of life entails a commitment to keeping God’s commandments and his word as whole, with faith and good works. For the rest of your life. Some ignorantly think because of this, God’s way of life, is dull and no fun. But that’s not the truth.
God wants you to live life to it’s fullest in this physical life but only in the confines and context of keeping the commandments and word of God as a whole. You can travel. Go to acceptable concerts and plays. Scuba dive.Fish.Play tennis, etc.Whatever you want to do. But without the sin and rebellion against God’s instruction for proper behavior. Behavior that’s within the confines and context of God’s biblical instruction.
Lives are not changed and communities are not transformed when carnal, materialistic men and women, who are motivated by greed, lust, and pride, are at the helm and the focus of attention. Because their views, doctrines, and behavior, etc, will be what the throngs follow. And in most cases those views, beliefs, doctrines, and behavior, are destructive.
Because they’re again, motivated, and formed by pride, greed, and lust. And the carnal celebrities are then idolized by the throngs. And the corrupt throngs, in essence, follow the corrupt idols/celebrities and their corrupt, destructive behavior, philosophies and ways.
So no real positive change, centered around God’s principles and ways, ever takes place. And things proceed as they always have unresolved. And lives and communities go downhill. But only when the real focus, is God and a desire to fully submit to his requirements, does real change and transformation take place. God is not impressed.
In reality, he’s offended because he knows the hearts of these individuals. And he knows their hearts are far from him. And in reality focused on the idols and not him. Isaiah 29:13, Matthew 15:8-9, Mark7:7-9, Luke 16:15 . They honor him with their mouths but their actions dictate their hearts are far from him.
They flow in throngs to listen to music in many cases that’s decimating and ravaging their families and communities. But will mean mug you if suggest keeping just one of God’s commandments. It’s sad and unfortunate that such talented artists have in essence used their talent, in many cases, as a tool to completely destroy and undermine the black community and other communities.
Music is powerful, and the wrong music can produce destructive attitudes and behavior. And you see the fruits of that music in black communities ravaged by violence and other forms of destructive behavior. Just look at how the music is even transforming suburban white communities.
And how their children are embracing the thug culture, to understand how influential and powerful it is. You can’t attribute their circumstance to bad economies because many of those areas haven’t suffered economically like black areas. And the fathers are in most cases, also present in the homes, and in the children’s lives.
But yet they’re still being impacted and transformed by the music. Why? Because in some cases the fathers and mothers are embracing the music and allowing their children to listen to it. And the end result will be what you see in the black communities.
The music is about to completely transform white suburban communities like it has the black community. Like I emphasized years ago in the audio “Man Made Climate Change Or Wrath Of God?” White communities are about to be negatively impacted by the music as well.
Its already happening now in a major way. The black community has never experienced this kind of violence even when fathers weren’t in the homes. Not to this degree. Only when music glorifying violence, greed, covetousness, selfishness, etc, did the violence explode.
Not even decades before in tough economic times has this level of violence been prevalent in the black community. Some may argue that it has economic benefit for the black community. But how? I don’t see an influx of revenue into the black community that could really be positively impactful.
But I do see a select group of rappers getting extremely wealthy. And at what cost, complete destruction and decimation of the black race and community? Is that a trade-off any wise person is willing to accept? But yet the ignorant masses continue to throng to idols who spew lyrics that glorify violence and their materialistic and destructive ways.
And many who teach you should do anything to acquire wealth and fame no matter how destructive, disgusting, and contrary to the word of God, it’s requirements. Many of these idols who support, promote and practice, abominable behavior the Bible powerfully condemns. They idolize music celebrities, but in heart have no desire to serve or obey God at all.
Those are not the types of individuals God seeks to serve him. Serving God requires commitment and sacrifice. God requires this to prove to him to you love him and are loyal and committed to him. Because of what he’s going to give his servants. Something none of us deserve.
God is not impressed by false prophets and idols who are glorified and self glorify and are motivated by fame, greed and lust. And idol worshippers who love to praise the idols because of their fame and wealth. In fact, he’s offended by it. Luke 16:15. But he is impressed by a sincere change in behavior that falls in line with how he defines morality and righteousness. A complete commitment to his way of life that changes lives and transforms communities. And more importantly ensures long , happy, spiritually productive lives, and eternal life.
