{"id":9124,"date":"2017-03-02T20:30:54","date_gmt":"2017-03-03T02:30:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetruthplainansimple.info\/thebiblerevealed\/?p=9124"},"modified":"2019-11-20T12:01:16","modified_gmt":"2019-11-20T18:01:16","slug":"homosexualpedophile-facing-charges-of-predatory-criminal-sexual-assault-and-aggravated-criminal-abuse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetruthplainansimple.info\/thebiblerevealed\/homosexualpedophile-facing-charges-of-predatory-criminal-sexual-assault-and-aggravated-criminal-abuse\/","title":{"rendered":"Homosexual\/Pedophile Facing Charges Of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault And Aggravated Criminal Abuse."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/static.lakana.com\/media.fox32chicago.com\/photo\/2017\/03\/02\/carmelo-ramirez_1488477154577_2839528_ver1.0.jpg\" alt=\"Carmelo Ramirez | Chicago Police\" width=\"521\" height=\"293\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUN-TIMES MEDIA WIRE<\/strong> &#8211;<strong> A Little League coach who oversees a team in Brighton Park is accused of molesting two <span class=\"vm-hook-outer vm-hook-default\"><span class=\"vm-hook\">cousins<\/span><\/span> who played on his team over a decade ago, the Chicago Sun-Times is reporting.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Carmelo Ramirez, 46, is facing charges of predatory criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal abuse for the alleged incidents that Cook County prosecutors said took place between December 2005 and December 2007.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"taboola-mid-article-thumbnails-1\" class=\"mod-inline-taboola\"><strong>\u00a0Ramirez developed a relationship with the boys and their <span class=\"vm-hook-outer vm-hook-default\"><span class=\"vm-hook\">family<\/span><\/span> while coaching them on the Little League team at Kelly Park in Brighton Park, Assistant State\u2019s Attorney Jullian Brevard said at a bond hearing Thursday.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div id=\"SU_TS_mainCont\" class=\"zd_w_with_last_ad  \">\n<div class=\"innerWrap\">\n<div class=\"SU_head\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"SU_head\"><strong>Authorities were notified about the incident in February, after one victim learned his mother had signed two younger <span class=\"vm-hook-outer vm-hook-default\"><span class=\"vm-hook\">family<\/span><\/span> members to the team Ramirez was coaching, Brevard said.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Around the same time, the other victim said he was molested too, Brevard said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ramirez, of 4100 block of South Maplewood, was able to gain the boys\u2019 trust, as he would invite them and other Little Leaguers to his home for sleepovers and overnight trips to Six Flags Great America, authorities said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>One of the victims, who was 12 when the abuse started, recalled Ramirez taking off his pants and then sexually assaulting him while he slept with Ramirez in his bed, Brevard said. No one else was at Ramirez\u2019s home.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The boy was \u201cshocked and angry\u201d about what was going on but felt he could not do anything because he was so \u201cyoung and small,\u201d Brevard said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ramirez eventually went to the bathroom to brush his teeth and the <span class=\"vm-hook-outer vm-hook-default\"><span class=\"vm-hook\">boy<\/span><\/span> put his clothes back on, Brevard said. When the boy asked the coach what had happened, Ramirez allegedly ignored him and did not answer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Another time, the boy was roused awake to Ramirez touching his groin, prosecutors said. He then pretended to <span class=\"vm-hook-outer vm-hook-default\"><span class=\"vm-hook\">sleep<\/span><\/span> as the attack continued.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>When the boy was 13, he was at Ramirez\u2019s house <span class=\"vm-hook-outer vm-hook-default\"><span class=\"vm-hook\">sleeping<\/span><\/span> on a couch when he felt Ramirez\u2019s hand inside his shorts, Brevard said. The boy moved and Ramirez stopped. But then he saw Ramirez reaching toward him, so he made a loud nose and hit a window, startling Ramirez, Brevard said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The other boy, who was between the ages of 10 and 12 when he was attacked, felt Ramirez\u2019s hand inside his pants even though he went to bed in Ramirez\u2019s house with jeans and a tight belt, Brevard said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>That night, Ramirez masturbated that victim\u2019s penis, Brevard said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ramirez, who was arrested on Tuesday, said although the boys would sleep in his bed at sleepovers, he didn\u2019t remember touching them. However, when asked if he ever touched the kids, he said, he didn\u2019t remember and if he did, it was a lack of judgment, Brevard said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Judge Peggy Chiampas ordered Ramirez held on a $100,000 bond.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Officials with Brighton Kelly Park Little League were unavailable for comment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ramirez has been a Little League coach for over 12 years, prosecutors said.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; SUN-TIMES MEDIA WIRE &#8211; A Little League coach who oversees a team in Brighton Park is accused of molesting two cousins who played on his team over a decade ago, the Chicago Sun-Times is reporting.
