(INTELLIHUB<\/a>) \u2014 In the last three months there has been a massive and seemingly unprecedentedincrease<\/a> in military movements and urban military training throughout the country.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This increase coincided with the announcement of Jade Helm 2015 and has many wondering what the real reasons are for the\u00a0massive realistic training exercise set to begin next week. (according to the mainstream media if you are a critic of Jade Helmyou are a racist<\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

While there are many different compelling theories<\/a>as to the real reasons behind Jade Helm, the most likely theory put forward so far is that the powers that be have realized the need to increase training for a martial law scenario in America due to some sort of impending collapse or civil unrest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If that is the case, the next question would be what will\u00a0this \u201cmartial law\u201d scenarioactually look like for everyday Americans?\u00a0Luckily, (or perhaps unlucky depending on how you look at it) a U.S. Army document leaked in 2012 provides some startling context to what a \u201cdomestic civil support operation\u201d will actually look like.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The document<\/a>,\u00a0entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations,\u00a0<\/em>was reportedly originally released on a restricted basis to the Department of Defense in 2010 and subsequently leaked online<\/a> in late April 2012.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Spanning over 300 pages, the manual\u00a0details numerous plans for placing citizens into internment camps both globally and inside the United States.\u00a0Perhaps most shocking in the now public plan is the directive to use\u00a0PSYOP officers on \u201cpolitical activists\u201d within the prison camps to pacify them into appreciating U.S. government policies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

When news of the document made it to the front page of the Drudge Report, both the military PR machine and the compliant mainstream media attempted to claim that it only outlined plans for internment camps overseas not within the United States itself. This of course was a flat out lie.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As Paul Watson noted<\/a>, \u201cThe document makes it clear that the policies apply \u201cwithin U.S. territory\u201d and involve, \u201cDOD support to U.S. civil authorities for domestic emergencies, and for designated law enforcement and other activities,\u201d including \u201cman-made disasters, accidents, terrorist attacks and incidents in the U.S. and its territories.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cThe manual states, \u201cThese operations may be performed as domestic civil support operations,\u201d and adds that \u201cThe authority to approve resettlement such operations within U.S. territories,\u201d would require a \u201cspecial exception\u201d to The Posse Comitatus Act, which can be obtained via \u201cthe President invoking his executive authority.\u201d The document also makes reference to identifying detainees using their social security number.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Shockingly, the\u00a0manual literally outlines the roles of the PSYOP teams operating with the prison camps. Their duties will include:<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Identifies malcontents, trained agitators, and political leaders within the facility who may try to organize resistance or create disturbances.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Develops and executes indoctrination programs to reduce or remove antagonistic attitudes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Identifies political activists.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Provides loudspeaker support (such as administrative announcements and facility instructions when necessary).<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Helps the military police commander control detainee and DC populations during emergencies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Plans and executes a PSYOP program that produces an understanding and appreciation of U.S. policies and actions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is important to reiterate that the document makes it crystal clear that the plans are not simply for use overseas in a country such as Iraq or Afghanistan but\u00a0can be initiates within U.S. territory under the authority of Homeland Security.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Actual real world training for internment camps in America has been detailed throughout the years with this year being no different.\u00a0In\u00a0May, U.S. Marinesconducted a massive training exercise<\/a> in Arizona to practice for internment of citizens during a period of massive civil unrest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Complete with role players screaming, \u201clet me out\u201d while demanding food and water, the troops practiced chasing angry citizens who were attempting to escape a mock prison camp. Interestingly, some of the footage was actually released by the military PR machine itself in what can only be described as a brazen attempt to normalize the military policing American citizens.<\/strong><\/p>\n
