Undefined radical terms being put into law!<\/h2>\n

\"ALT\u00a0At the 2018 annual banquet of the national homosexual organization Human Rights Campaign, Joe Biden promised them that he would be very aggressive in implementing their demands on America.<\/span><\/div>\n

On the afternoon of January 20, Biden issued an\u00a0Executive Order<\/a>\u00a0demanding \u201cequal treatment under the law, no matter [one\u2019s] gender identity or sexual orientation.\u201d This is just the first salvo in the\u00a0next wave<\/a>\u00a0pushing \u201cLGBT rights.\u201d\u00a0 The order will soon be backed by federal law, via the pending LGBT \u201cEquality Act<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

While many are now warning the order will destroy girls\u2019 and women\u2019s sports, the order\u2019s impact is much broader.<\/p>\n

The enforcers will be handed free rein to transform society in unimaginable ways,given the\u00a0undefined terms\u00a0<\/em>in the order and pending law:\u00a0gender identity, sexual orientation, LGBT<\/em>.\u00a0 Why has there been no pushback on embedding these sexual-radical concepts in our legal system?<\/p>\n

Establishment conservatives have shied away from addressing this issue and denigrate anyone who dares to confront it.\u00a0 They don\u2019t want to be called \u201canti-gay\u201d or \u201cuncompassionate\u201d towards the \u201cgender confused.\u201d\u00a0 (In 2018, MassResistance was\u00a0banned from CPAC<\/a>\u00a0for our outspoken\u00a0opposition to the transgender movement<\/a>. Yet now, conservative commentators complain about boys taking over girls\u2019 sports and locker rooms.\u00a0 Too little, too late.<\/p>\n

Biden\u2019s LGBT Executive Order<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Biden\u2019s Executive Order (EO) targets \u201cdiscrimination\u201d based on \u201cgender identity and sexual orientation.\u201d\u00a0 Anywhere existing statutes or regulations prohibit \u201csex<\/em>\u00a0discrimination,\u201d the EO instructs all federal agencies to review and revise regulations as necessary to include \u201cgender identity and sexual orientation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Justice Neil Gorsuch\u2019s\u00a0absurd ruling in Bostock<\/a>\u00a0, which radically re-defined Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to include \u201csexual orientation\u201d and \u201cgender identity\u201d as official Civil Rights protections, is cited as one basis for this EO.\u00a0 The woke EO even references the radicals\u2019 idea about \u201coverlapping areas of discrimination,\u201d called \u201cintersectionality,\u201d that deserve special notice.<\/p>\n

As we often see from the Left, the EO\u2019s introductory paragraph is emotionally manipulative, mentioning respect, dignity, love, children, one\u2019s true self, and people just wanting \u201ca roof over their head\u201d:<\/p>\n

\n

Every person should be treated with respect and dignity and should be able to live without fear, no matter who they are or whom they love.\u00a0 Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports.\u00a0 Adults should be able to earn a living and pursue a vocation knowing that they will not be fired, demoted, or mistreated because of whom they go home to or because how they dress does not conform to sex-based stereotypes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

But nowhere does the EO define the new terms at issue.<\/p>\n

LGBT \u201cEquality Act\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As of this writing, the so-called Equality Act has not yet been filed in the new 117th Congress.\u00a0 But you can see last session\u2019s Equality Act bill\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"ALT\u00a0Even during the campaign, the LGBT movement was bragging about “Joe’s plan” to integrate their agenda into the federal government and US law. It starts with the re-definition of the word “equality.” Note that LGBT doesn’t go far enough; Biden now says LGBTQ+.<\/span><\/div>\n

The Equality Act\u2019s stated goal is \u201cto prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex,\u00a0gender identity, and sexual orientation<\/em>, and for other purposes.\u201d\u00a0 (What are the \u201cother purposes\u201d?)\u00a0 The bill employs the phrase \u201clesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (referred to as \u2018LGBTQ\u2019)<\/em>.\u201d\u00a0 That\u2019s as close to a definition it gets.<\/p>\n

Anywhere discrimination on the basis of\u00a0sex\u00a0<\/em>appears in the law, the new terms\u00a0gender identity<\/em>, and\u00a0sexual orientation<\/em>\u00a0will be added.\u00a0 That includes laws on public accommodations, employment, housing, credit, education, federally funded programs, jury service, and child welfare programs.<\/p>\n

One foreboding clause states:<\/p>\n

\n

The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993\u2026 shall not provide a claim concerning, or a defense to a claim under, a covered title, or provide a basis for challenging the application or enforcement of a covered title.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

So, destroying religious freedom on these issues is one of the \u201cother purposes\u201d of the Equality Act.<\/p>\n

No Definitions<\/h3>\n

What exactly will be protected under the terms \u201cgender identity\u201d and \u201csexual orientation\u201d in Biden\u2019s EO and the Equality Act? No actual definitions are given.\u00a0 So we must look elsewhere for hints.<\/p>\n

\u201cGender Identity\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

The whole idea of \u201cgender\u201d is recent \u2013 and irrational. It\u2019s basically an evolving theoretical construct disseminated by sexual radical academics,\u00a0political activists<\/a>, and allies in the\u00a0medical establishment<\/a>.\u00a0 But what we\u2019ve seen play out so far under cover of \u201ctransgender rights\u201d reveals it as pure lunacy.<\/p>\n

Massachusetts law includes a silly circular definition of \u201cgender identity.\u201d\u00a0 The\u00a0relevant section<\/a>\u00a0states:<\/p>\n

\n

”Gender identity” shall mean a person’s gender-related identity, appearance or behavior, whether or not that gender-related identity, appearance or behavior is different from that traditionally associated with the person’s physiology or assigned sex at birth.\u00a0 Gender-related identity may be shown by providing evidence including, but not limited to, medical history, care or treatment of the gender-related identity, consistent and uniform assertion of the gender-related identity or any other evidence that the gender-related identity is sincerely held as part of a person’s core identity…<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In a ridiculous attempt to explain it, The\u00a0Massachusetts Attorney General writes<\/a>,\u00a0\u201c<\/em>In essence, gender identity is a person\u2019s internal sense of their own gender.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0 So \u201cgender\u201d is just what an individual thinks about himself, unconnected to the reality around him.\u00a0 But we all must \u201crespect\u201d his delusion.\u00a0 We are also presented with the absurd phrase, \u201csex assigned at birth,\u201d which negates the scientific reality of the distinction between biological male and female.<\/p>\n

The far-left\u00a0Human Rights Campaign<\/a>\u00a0has an equally absurd definition:<\/p>\n

\n

Gender identity:\u00a0 One\u2019s innermost concept of self as male, female, a blend of both or neither \u2013 how individuals perceive themselves and what they call themselves.\u00a0 One\u2019s gender identity can be the same or different from their sex assigned at birth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Already, we\u2019ve seen this nonsense allow for glaring abuses in language,\u00a0schools<\/a>,\u00a0sports<\/a>, public accommodations, healthcare, insurance, and businesses. It has led to children being\u00a0confused and indoctrinated<\/a>; some are having their\u00a0bodies destroyed and sterilized<\/a>\u00a0by puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgical mutilations.<\/p>\n

Lacking any rational legal definition, who can imagine what further demands will be justified under the \u201cgender identity\u201d umbrella?<\/p>\n

\"ALT\u00a0Biden is very serious about his intentions to push the LGBT denial of reality. As one of his first acts he nominated Dr. “Rachel” (formerly known as Richard) Levine – a man who pretends to be a woman – as Assistant Health Secretary.<\/span><\/div>\n

\u201cSexual Orientation\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

What exactly is \u201csexual orientation\u201d?\u00a0\u00a0Massachusetts law<\/a>\u00a0includes a disturbing hint of what could come our way, among other things, if Biden\u2019s EO and the Equality Act law are enforced:\u00a0legalized pedophilia.<\/em><\/p>\n

Where Massachusetts law mentions \u201csexual orientation\u201d (as protected from discrimination), the\u00a0term is immediately followed by the phrase<\/a>, \u201cwhich shall not include persons whose sexual orientation involves minor children as the sex object<\/em>.\u201d\u00a0 Clearly, pedophilia\u00a0can<\/em>\u00a0be considered a sexual orientation.<\/p>\n

But the EO and Equality Act do\u00a0not\u00a0<\/em>limit \u201csexual orientation\u201d in this way.\u00a0 Nor do they exclude other reprehensible and dangerous practices which could be considered sexual orientations such as\u00a0BDSM<\/a>,\u00a0polygamy<\/a>,\u00a0prostitution<\/a>,\u00a0bestiality<\/a>,\u00a0pornography addiction<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The radical homosexual advocacy group\u00a0Human Rights Campaign<\/a>\u00a0defines sexual orientation as, \u201cAn inherent or immutable enduring emotional, romantic or sexual attraction to other people\u201d\u00a0<\/em>\u2013 also without any limitation on who those \u201cother people\u201d might be.\u00a0 That syrupy reference to emotion and romance helps cover over the\u00a0dangerous promiscuity<\/a>\u00a0common to many in the \u201cLGBT community.\u201d\u00a0 And HRC repeats the\u00a0false claim<\/a>\u00a0that sexual orientation is \u201cinherent or immutable.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cLGBTQ+\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

The Equality Act uses the acronym LGBTQ [no +] without defining it. We\u2019ve been told that LGBT stands for \u201clesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender.\u201d The meaning of the long-standing words \u201clesbian\u201d and \u201cgay\u201d are obvious \u2013 but what exactly are \u201cbisexual<\/a>,\u201d \u201ctransgender<\/a>,\u201d and \u201cqueer\u201d (Q)?<\/p>\n

Here is how the\u00a0Human Rights Campaign<\/a>\u00a0defines the Q for \u201cqueer\u201d:<\/p>\n

\n

Queer:\u00a0 A term people often use to express a spectrum of identities and orientations that are counter to the mainstream.\u00a0 Queer is often used as a catch-all to include many people, including those who do not identify as exclusively straight and\/or folks who have non-binary or gender-expansive identities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In a recent interview with\u00a0Philadelphia Gay News<\/em><\/a>\u00a0(Oct. 2020), Biden went even further and added + (a plus sign) to the LGBTQ acronym. He promised the moon to the \u201cLGBTQ+\u201d community and said he would guarantee transgender housing. He said, \u201cIt\u2019s about dignity, plain and simple.\u201d\u00a0<\/em>But what does that + (plus sign) mean?<\/p>\n

Orwellian \u201cNewspeak\u201d<\/h3>\n

The ruling elite wants free rein to keep expanding their reach without limit of legal definitions.\u00a0 That\u2019s what the + means!<\/p>\n

What we\u2019re experiencing is the perversion of language for use as a political weapon. Orwell explained this in \u201cThe Principles of Newspeak<\/em>\u201d:<\/p>\n

\n

The purpose of Newspeak was not only to provide a medium of expression for the world-view and mental habits proper to the [ruling regime], but to make all other modes of thought impossible\u2026.<\/p>\n

This was done partly by the\u00a0invention of new words,<\/span>\u00a0but chiefly by\u00a0eliminating undesirable words<\/span>\u00a0and by\u00a0stripping such words as remained of unorthodox meanings<\/span>\u2026. Newspeak was designed not to extend but to\u00a0diminish\u00a0<\/em>the range of thought\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

New words and phrases invented by the Left:<\/p>\n

sexual orientation – gay – gay marriage – bisexual \u2013 gender – gender identity – transgender – [<\/em>pronouns<\/em><\/a>] zie, zir, they, them – queer – LGBTQ+ – questioning – pansexual – nonbinary – genderqueer – sex assigned at birth<\/em>\u00a0– who they are – hate speech – hate crime – love is love – social justice<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Undesirable words and phrases the Left is attempting to eliminate:<\/p>\n

God – faith – Bible – truth – free speech – freedom of the press – Constitution -Founding Fathers – abortion – morality – perversion – modesty – sodomy – mother – father – son – daughter – parental rights<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Words and phrases that are being stripped of unorthodox (unapproved) meanings:<\/p>\n

sex \u2013 man \u2013 woman \u2013 boy \u2013 girl \u2013 marriage \u2013 family \u2013 human rights \u2013 justice \u2013 discrimination \u2013 hate \u2013 equality<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It\u2019s been going on for decades now.\u00a0 But we must demand that our political leaders call out the illegitimacy of embedding undefined radical terms in our laws. And\u00a0we<\/em>\u00a0must continue to make that clear, too!<\/p>\n

As we pointed out above, we can’t simply wait until a new transgender edict begins to destroy girls’ and women’s sports. The deeper roots of that agenda need to be confronted now. Are conservatives up for that? More to the point: Do we have a choice?<\/p>\n
