Michael Avenatti was promising that he would do in Judge Brett Kavanaugh with his client, Julie Swetnick. But as time has progressed, more and more has been coming out on her.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Swetnick does not claim that she was assaulted by Kavanaugh in any way. She claims she attended at least ten parties where girls were \u2018gang-raped\u2019 by boys and that she saw Kavanaugh and Mark Judge at those parties. She claims she was gang-raped at one of the parties but kept going to the parties.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Not only was her claim of \u2018gang rape\u2019 parties ridiculous and refuted by 60 of Kavanaugh\u2019s fellow high school students from both Georgetown Prep and sister schools who said no such thing ever occurred and they\u2019d never heard of her, but her questionable actions in the past are now starting to roll out.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Turns out that she had a lawsuit filed against her by a former employer for alleged sexual harassment of fellow co-workers. And the employer alleged that she also lied about her work experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the suit, Webtrends alleged Swetnick claimed to have graduated from Johns Hopkins University but the company said it subsequently learned the school had no record of her attendance. Webtrends said she also \u201cfalsely described her work experience\u201d at a prior employer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The suit also alleges Swetnick \u201cengaged in unwelcome, sexually offensive conduct\u201d while at Webtrends and \u201cmade false and retaliatory allegations that other co-workers had engaged in inappropriate conduct toward her.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The suit alleges Swetnick \u201cengaged in unwelcome sexual innuendo and inappropriate conduct\u201d directed at two male employees during a business lunch, with Webtrends customers present. Swetnick claimed two other employees had sexually harassed her, according to the suit.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The company said in the suit that they had determined that she \u201cengaged in misconduct\u201d but could not confirm her claims against the co-workers.<\/strong><\/div>\n

The company also claimed that she took medical leave from them while also getting unemployment in Washington, D.C.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/form>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

She ultimately walked back the allegations against her colleagues.<\/strong><\/p>\n
