They always tell us that 97% agree on climate change.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/forbes\/welcome\/?toURL=https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/alexepstein\/2015\/01\/06\/97-of-climate-scientists-agree-is-100-wrong\/&amp;refURL=&amp;referrer=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">That\u2019s Wrong<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Liberals are wrong simply too much for us to take them seriously.<\/strong><strong>We learned about another example this week.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nobody covers the left\u2019s climate change hysteria like Michael Bastasch, his latest piece reveals that the \u2018Godfather\u2019 of global warming was wrong about his prediction.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>From The Daily Caller:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Former NASA climate scientist James Hansen famously warned Congress almost 30 years ago to the day that human activities had put the world on the path to disaster, but two scientists now say the global warming \u201cgodfather\u2019s\u201d predictions were wrong.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cato Institute scientists Patrick Michaels and Ryan Maue compared Hansen\u2019s temperature predictions to real-world observations and found his supposedly \u201chighly unlikely\u201d forecast with the least amount of warming was the most accurate.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cGlobal surface temperature has not increased significantly since 2000, discounting the larger-than-usual El Ni\u00f1o of 2015-16,\u201d Michaels and Maue wrote in a Wall Street Journal op-ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAssessed by Mr. Hansen\u2019s model, surface temperatures are behaving as if we had capped 18 years ago the carbon-dioxide emissions responsible for the enhanced greenhouse effect,\u201d the two scientists wrote. \u201cBut we didn\u2019t.
