Cathy Budde reported the mystery jogger defecating on her lawn 2 months ago. Since then, other neighbors reported seeing the jogger pooping on their lawns at least once a week.<\/strong>Budde told\u00a0KKTV<\/a>\u00a0that her children spotted the jogger defecating outside their house.<\/strong>She said her children ran screaming to her. \u201cThey are like, \u2018There\u2019s a lady taking a poop!\u2019 So I come outside, and I\u2019m like, \u2018are you serious?’\u201d<\/strong><\/section>\n

\u201cAre you really taking a poop right here in front of my kids!?\u201d Budde asked the jogger, who replied, \u201cYeah, sorry!\u201d then fled.<\/strong>

Budde posted a sign outside her house addressed\u00a0\u201cTo the female jogger who continuously uses our walkway as her toilet..\u201d<\/em>

\nAfter an image of the sign went viral on social media, toilet paper manufacturer Charmin\u00a0offered a year\u2019s supply<\/a>\u00a0of toilet paper to the \u201cmad pooper\u201d.<\/strong>

\nThen an unidentified man came forward, saying the mystery jogger was actually a male-to-trans who had undergone\u00a0sex reassignment surgery.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In a series of\u00a0since-deleted videos<\/a>, the man, who claims to be a \u201cfamily spokesman\u201d said the jogger apologized, but added that the jogger couldn\u2019t help himself because he can\u2019t control his bowels after undergoing a sex change operation.<\/strong>
\nThe family spokesman claimed the jogger\u2019s actions are \u201cprotected under the First Amendment\u201d and are no different than breastfeeding in public.<\/strong><\/p>\n

But Criminal Defense Attorney Jeremy Loew disagrees.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cDefecating in someone\u2019s yard is definitely not protected under the First Amendment and it is actually a crime,\u201d Loew explained.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Loew also said the family spokesman made a \u201cbad move\u201d by releasing the videos on behalf of the mystery jogger.<\/strong>
\n\u201cThis is actually the worst thing the family could do,\u201d he said. \u201cMaybe they thought the videos would make the situation go away, but they won\u2019t. People all over the world are talking about this, and police will catch her. The man in the video will also have to be called into court to testify.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
